Scott Farnsworth, Attorney

Scott Farnsworth, J.D. is a nationally-recognized speaker, author, and practitioner in the fields of wills, living trusts, probate, tax-free retirement, and values-based estate planning. He has designed and presented hundreds of professional workshops and seminars to a wide range of attorney, financial planning, and philanthropic groups over the past 20 years.

He is also the author of four books: Closing the Gap: A Revolutionary Approach to Client Services; Like a Library Burning: Sharing and Saving a Lifetime of Stories; Puzzling Questions for Middle Income Families; and An Honest and Authentic Approach to Professional Selling.
Scott believes that highest quality legal services should be made available and affordable to middle-income individuals and families. He has developed tools and processes that simplify the creation of professional-grade wills, living trusts, living wills, and powers of attorney for Central Florida residents.

He is a native of Fruitland, New Mexico. He earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude in Portuguese and Political Science and his law degree magna cum laude at Brigham Young University. During law school he published two scholarly articles as the Managing Editor of the Law Review, and following graduation, he was appointed Judicial Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
In addition to his three and a half decades of professional experience as a wills, living trust, and probate attorney, he was Vice President and Trust Officer at Trustmark National Bank and a professor of business law at the University of Southern Mississippi.
He and his wife Marcie live in Harmony, Florida, and they have six children and eight grandchildren.

Angelina Torres is the Legal Assistant and Office Manager at Will & Trust Express.

Angelina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked for over 18 years as a paralegal, legal secretary, and administrative assistant in a wide range of settings, including law firms, title companies, and real estate agencies.

Angelina enjoys native-level fluency in both English and Spanish. She is licensed by the State of Florida as a Notary Public and also as a Florida Real Estate Salesperson.

Angelina likes to spend her spare time with family, going to the beach, travelling, and practicing yoga.
