I put off having a will for a few years dreading the process but finally decided to just get it done. I found their website and reviewed all of their services along with reading the reviews from the clients. I could not be more pleased that I made the appointment and came in. Scott was so pleasant and patient with me, took the time to explain all of my options and helped me put a plan together that would serve my current needs. I went back in a week later, reviewed and signed all of the documents. Scott made the experience incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend his services to any and everyone.

Scott Farnsworth is amazing...We just got ours done and protected all of our property for our Heirs...He will sit down and talk to you about what you should do and if you decide it is good then his rates are extremely reasonable.

Scott Farnsworth is the person to see for your Trust, Will and Powers of Attorney needs. My wife and I had some special conditions that made our financial planning a little unique. My husband and I had been putting off writing our wills, planning our estate, etc. for quite a while. I'm so glad I saw Will and Trust Express when I went to renew my driver's license! (They're a few doors down from the Tag Office.) I went in to check them out and was immediately greeted by Angie, who was super helpful and friendly. I made an appointment for us to talk to the attorney the next day, and we met Scott at that appointment. He put us right at ease and listened to us and our situation and had suggestions for us. He helped us decide on the best option for us, and made a complicated and possibly difficult answer very simple and easy! His years of experience are evident. He cares about his clients and strives to help them get the right solution for them. His rates are reasonable and fair, and we felt very well represented and understood.
